 Many of our clients already know that when you sign up for our Priority Service and Maintenance Program, a field engineer experienced in hydro troubleshooting and PLC programming is assigned as your primary contact. You will be provided with a 24-hour phone number for after hour emergencies. Services include:

Annual inspection “tune-up”
24-hour trouble shooting hotline
Remote system access, analysis, and resolution
Priority site service response
Routine plant electrical maintenance
Fine tuning and minor adjustments
Operator and supervisory training

 At Phoenix we maintain a computer work station for remote communications with your plant. In the field, our engineers have portable work stations to assist with communications or programming issues. Updated drawing files and dial-up diagnostic support are regular elements of Phoenix’s Priority Service programs.
