of our clients already know that when you sign up for our Priority Service and Maintenance
Program, a field engineer experienced in hydro troubleshooting and PLC programming is
assigned as your primary contact. You will be provided with a 24-hour phone number for

Phoenix we maintain a computer work station for remote communications with your plant. In
the field, our engineers have portable work stations to assist with communications or
programming issues. Updated drawing files and dial-up diagnostic support are regular
